Welcome to Rancho Del Vino Estate in Temecula Wine Country! This property is located right off Deportola Rd right across the street from Leoness Winery. From the front porch gaze upon Oak Mountain Winery while Gershon Bachus Vintners a hop skip and jump away. Just about a mile from Galway Downs , Robert Renzoni, Somerset Vineyard, Fazeli, Cougar and more. Permit RVC-020 The space Rancho Del Vino is a gated custom Rancho Estate surrounded by 1500 plus Syrah Vines. 2700sqft Single Story Home on a little over 2 acres with Large Great Room with Stone Hearth Fireplace & Vaulted wood beamed ceilings, and 60" TV which opens to the Country Gourmet Kitchen stock with all needed to cook a great meal during your stay. 3 bedrooms all with Cal King Beds & TV's. 2 bedrooms do share a hall bathroom that has a tub & shower with double sink vanity. The Master Bedroom has En Suite Bathroom with sitting vanity, double vanity and then a leaded glass door to large tile walk in shower and soaking tub. There is also a formal living room sitting area that looks out the front yard and up towards Oak Mountain Winery, the dining room also shares the same view. Off the Great Room is a covered patio with wrought iron table & chairs, BBQ Grill that includes both propane tank with gas and BBQ tools. The Backyard is great to sit in relax and gaze upon Rancho Del Vino's vineyard. There is a laundry room complete with washer and dryer along with a Powder bathroom. Guest access All you find in the home is to your access. We do washer, dyer, hair dryers in all bathrooms. We do provide 2 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, and 1 hand towel per registered guest. We do provide all bedding linens. We do not allow access to our garage. We also start all of our guests off with small bottle of dish soap, sponge, couple trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, couple dishwasher pods, 2 laundry soap pods, dryer sheets, more then enough toilet paper for your stay. We do not stock any pantry items like salt, pepper, spices unless left by previous guests and still full. Other things to note We do not allow any access to the garage. We do keep our AC's set that they do not go any lower then 74 degree's in the summer. We also do not allow any fires in the fireplaces of the home. We just had a new Internet Provider install super fast great Wifi! We can now stream, surf, game all kinds of stuff with super fast great internet!
