The space Welcome to Villa Bianca, a haven of tranquility and beauty nestled between the green vineyards of Tramonti and the blue of the Amalfi Coast. Located in a strategic position on Via Sofilciano, this villa is the perfect choice for those who want to explore the wonders of Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, Maiori, and Minori, and then retreat at the end of the day to the cool and regenerating silence of nature. The property is spread over two levels designed to combine sharing and maximum privacy: On the second floor, you will find a large, bright living room and a kitchenette (dedicated exclusively to preparing breakfast). From here you can access the real gem of the property: a large common garden where you can relax, breathe in the fresh morning air, or enjoy a sunny day. On the second floor, sheltered from all noise, is the sleeping area with 4 independent bedrooms, spacious (25 m² each) and cared for in every detail. Whether you're a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family on a trip, here you'll find a warm welcome (in Italian and English) and the true essence of Campania hospitality. 🛏️ Guest access (The Rooms) Each room is a private and comfortable nest, equipped with air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a private en-suite bathroom. It has a double bed and a lovely private balcony with a panoramic view of the mountains and vineyards. 🍇 UVA Room (Triple - 25 m²): Ideal for small groups or families, it offers 1 double bed and 1 single bed, enhanced by a balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. 🥜 NOCE Room (Triple - 25 m²): Large and bright, it has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. A large window frames the unique view of the mountains and vineyards of Tramonti. 🌰 CASTAGNA Room (Triple - 25 m²): Warm and cozy, configured with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, with a beautiful panoramic view and maximum tranquility. 🌟 Other details to note 🚗 Zero stress for your car: The Amalfi Coast is famous for its difficult parking, but at Villa Bianca you will have free private parking on site, with no need to book. 🥐 The perfect start to the day: Upon request and for a fee, we will be happy to delight you with a tasty breakfast to start the day with the right energy. 🧺 Special moments outdoors: You can request paid access to our Picnic Area in the garden, ideal for a lunch or snack surrounded by greenery. 👶 Maximum comfort for the little ones: Children are welcome! For parents, cribs are available on request so you can travel light. 📍 Neighborhood overview (Surroundings) Tramonti is the "green lung" of the Amalfi Coast. Staying here means enjoying an authentic experience, made up of ancient traditions, excellent food and wine (the famous local wines and cheeses), and nature trails. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach: Maiori and Minori for a day of sea and beaches. Ravello, the city of music with its historic villas overlooking the sea. Amalfi and Positano, undisputed icons of world tourism. During your stay Most of the time I will be present at the property in case of my guests. Other things to note A transfer service from the airport to the property is available, to be agreed in advance, for a fee. Guests can enjoy a picnic area with barbecue, also available for an additional fee. It is possible to book and organize boat trips along the Amalfi coast and mountain excursions, to be agreed in advance, at an additional cost. Breakfast is not included in the Airbnb reservation and costs €7 per person at the property. In addition, an accommodation tax of €1 per person per night will be required.
