Farm Safety & Wildlife: As an active farmstay, you may encounter resident farm animals and native wildlife. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times around animals, fences, and water features. Mobile Coverage & Wi-Fi: Mobile signal can vary across Victoria's High Country depending on your carrier (Telstra offers the strongest coverage). Limited Wi-Fi is available, making it a great spot to disconnect and unwind. High Country Weather & Fire Rules: Mountain weather can change quickly. During warmer months, strict fire restrictions apply—outdoor campfires and open flames are strictly prohibited on Total Fire Ban days. Winter Travel: If visiting during ski season, check local road conditions and ensure you carry snow chains if heading up Mt Buller or Mt Stirling. Contactless & Independent Stay: We respect your privacy and offer contactless check-in via a secure lockbox. You are free to enjoy your peaceful farmstay at your own pace. On-Site Availability: While we give guests full space to relax, management lives or works on-site. We are easily reachable by phone, text, or message throughout your stay if you need assistance, local recommendations, or help with the farm animals.
