Find yourself with San Juan River access and a stocked fishing pond, plus amazing views! We're called Sunset Ranch for a reason! The space UPDATED KITCHEN AND HARDWOOD FLOORING! Relax and feel at home in this fully furnished modern cabin. Cabins include T.V, WIFI amenities all while being surrounded by 120 acres, including beautiful views of the San Juan River. 1 Queen Bed 1 Double Bed 1 set of twin bunk beds 1 Air Mattress- full-sized bed Fully furnished kitchen Gas fireplace and electric heat PET POLICY: Dogs are loved and allowed. Dogs are $15.00 per night, per pet. You can pay for that once you arrive. !!!We may ask for a credit card to hold for damages. No charges will be applied unless there is damage to the property!!! Please do not keep your dog leashed outside without you being present. We have horses and cows that freely cross the river, please be mindful to not allow pets to roam unattended. Please don't bring "at-risk" dogs here, it's not good for anyone. Guest access Please use main driveway as your only entrance and exit of the property. There are several access points to the bluff and river, enter and use at your own risk. Each cabin has a fire pit, grill and outdoor seating. There is also a shared space over looking the pond. To use this larger fire pit, guest must discuss with owner and receive permission.
