This private, historic log cabin built in the 1930s called "Wyllis Cabin"' is on Trail Creek Ranch in Wilson in Jackson Hole, WY. Wyllis Cabin is a very charming and authentic western log cabin. It features handcrafted log furniture, a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, two burners, tabletop stove and sink, a full bath with tub and on demand hot water heater, a queen bed in the main bedroom and two twin beds on the glass enclosed sleeping porch. A perfect cabin for couples or small families with one to two children. There is a sitting porch and gas grille along with a picnic table where you can enjoy your meals in the clean fresh mountain air. The expansive 270 acre Trail Creek Ranch is located at the base of Teton Pass and borders National Forest Service, and other conservation properties. A short 3 minutes to downtown Wilson and 12 minutes from Teton Village and 12 minutes to the town of Jackson. Enjoy our outdoor heated swimming pool right on the property. Grand Teton National Park is 15 minutes from the ranch via the scenic Moose Wilson Road (avoiding Jackson traffic), and Yellowstone National Park is 90 miles to the south entrance. An ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts looking to enjoy the quiet but take advantage of the incredible opportunities that Jackson Hole has to offer. There is hiking or biking out your door, wildlife everywhere. Go a bit further out and you'll find world class fly fishing, whitewater rafting, mountain climbing, rock climbing, hot air ballooning, paragliding - plus great restaurants, music and theatre.
