VILLA KATJA- Modern 100m2 villa with private pool,free wifi and 2 A/C bedrooms for 6 people is located in a small, quiet and colorful place of Vela Njiva, Srijane, near Cetina river and beautiful mountain Mosor. Far away from city noise, you can enjoy the peace and nature, but in only 30-35 minutes by car you can be in the nearby towns ; Split or Omiš, if you want to go on pebble or sandy beaches or restaurants. Our villa is ideal for families, couples and for a complete relax in Croatia. The space The house offers two separated bedrooms, living room with sofa bed together with dinning room and fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with toilet and shower and one small separate toilette. In room Nr.1 there is a double bed (160*200) and room Nr.2 can be organized as double bed or two separated beds. On your disposal will be washing machine, dish washer, Coffee Maker ,Wi-fi and satellite TV, air-conditioning (dining room and living room) ,iron, hair dryer…… On the ground floor we decorated a separate game room equipped with darts and table football . Outside there is pool 30 m2, sun deck , outdoor dinning furniture next to the barbecue, large garden… Around the house you can enjoy playing football, badminton, table tennis …or explore surroundings with bicycles. Entire area is perfect for hiking, cycling, and fishing or just long walks along the river Cetina. The house has its own private swimming pool, but if you enjoy see ,the beaches is only 30-35 minutes away.. For lovers of active holidays we recommend rafting on river Cetina. To the nearest grocery store is in 1.5 km distance , supermarket is in 15 km distance, and large malls are some 30 minutes driving, in the suburb of Split. Guest access Our guests can exclusively use: entire house, outdoor pool, outdoor grass area, outdoor fireplace/grill area and are welcome to pick season fruits and vegetables from our garden. Other things to note There are lots of historic and beautiful locations that you can visit: first of all Split (1700 years old town, historical and cultural center of Dalmatia) We are proud to say that town Split is only 30 minutes driving from our “haven”. It is second largest town in Croatia, tourist centre of Dalmatia, founded from ancient roman imperator Diocletian more than 1700 years ago- a zero-category monument protected by UNESCO. Split indulges all your interests, from priceless historical sights in the very centre of the town, numerous taverns, vine and oil bars, beaches and forest Marjan, sports events, football club Hajduk, to night clubs and fun. Besides all near locations it is worth to mention also possible excursions we would suggest. Waterfalls on River Krka are near pictures town Šibenik, Omiš and popular excursion site Radman mills, surrounded with magnificent canyon mountains, domestic cuisine, rafting or rowing possibilities will emphasize your experience. Salona (even older), Klis fortress, cave Vranjača, Dubrovnik national park Plitivica.. You should also try to take a ferry to one of our islands from Split port or one day excursions from Omiš.
