The living room is spacious with a large and comfortable sectional seating and a 50” Smart TV with wifi cable that includes HBO and Showtime. Enjoy additional seating on the comfortable chaise lounge couch that converts into a Queen bed in the additional family seating area and a patio door leading out to the pool. The superbly-equipped kitchen is the perfect place to cook and entertain and there is a dining table with chairs for 8 as well as a bright and colorful island for casual seating. If you prefer, you can fire up the gas grill out on the patio. Linens, towels, dishes, cookware are included as will as full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. We have complimentary soap and shampoo and coffee, tea and other warm beverages and paper products to get you started so you can stock up at your leisure. With 4 Smart TVs with wireless cable located throughout the house everyone can find something to enjoy. Login to your own apps to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. Need to get on the internet, there is wifi throughout the house and a wireless printer to print off those boarding passes. You’ll spend plenty of time lounging by the pool which is relaxing in the outdoor seating area around the fire pit on the backyard patio. The pool can be heated in upon request for an additional fee of $75/day (recommended Oct-May). There is a security system and security cameras for the doorbell and front exterior entry and driveway only for your security. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street.
