The space Located on the ground floor of a four-story house (Les Gîtes de l'Écluse), the accommodation is accessible via a private entrance from the street or from the garden level by stairs or elevator. With a surface area of ​​85m², it comprises two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Both the bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned and equipped with a television (digital terrestrial television). The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) and a child's or baby's bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a separate private toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) and a child's or baby's bed (as needed), and an en-suite shower room with toilet. This bedroom is wheelchair accessible. CONTACT US. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, and other utensils. We have Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property (4 access points). A welcome pack and a selection of amenities are provided upon arrival. Please replenish supplies as needed. Guest access The accommodation is independent and entirely dedicated to you. Regarding access, you have two copies of the key to your accommodation, a master key opening the main entrance door of the house as well as the 4 doors on the garden level; finally, a remote control for the gate allowing you to access the secure car park. Other things to note In addition to accommodation, our cottages offer a range of amenities. On the garden level, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available; please read the usage guidelines before use. A fully equipped kitchenette allows you to eat outside without using your own dishes. You also have access to a dedicated refrigerator, dishwasher, pod coffee machine, ice maker, and more. You also have access to a disabled toilet in this area. The games room features a pool table, foosball, darts, board games, and other outdoor games. The "Latécoère" lounge, themed around the Aéropostale postal service, allows you to relax with your favorite drink and/or television, enjoy the electric piano (for beginners), or sing your heart out at karaoke (equipment available upon request). Outside, the courtyard, partially paved and partially wooded, offers a peaceful setting for meals; ample tables and chairs are available should both cottages be occupied. Shade sails provide additional comfort. A barbecue/plancha grill is also available. For leisure, you can enjoy a 55m² swimming pool with a constant depth (1.35m) surrounded by three separate shaded areas and equipped with sun loungers and side tables. A spa and relaxation area offers a hot tub and sauna. PLEASE NOTE: These activities are only available from May to September, depending on the outside temperature. We also have a fleet of two-wheeled vehicles consisting of four regular bicycles, four electric bicycles, several children's bicycles of various sizes, and a two-child trailer.
