On the first floor, there are the two double bedrooms, one of which has two single beds that can be joined as needed to become a double bed, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a whirlpool tub. In the basement, connected by a spiral staircase to the ground floor, there is a cellar dating back to the end of the 19th century with a characteristic barrel vault and stone walls. It is also furnished and comfortable during the summer as a cool place for dinners or a simple relaxing aperitif. The property is equipped with exclusive parking for two cars, and an exclusive back garden of about 70 square meters complete with gazebo with sitting area which is accessed both from the kitchen and from the cellar. From all parts of the property and from all the rooms you can enjoy the excellent view of the surrounding plain and the Montalbano hills. 4-legged friends are welcome, but we'd prefer to be notified of their presence.
