Apartment Edvin is located at the entrance to Pula, modern and functionally furnished and landscaped garden with swimming pool, terrace with barbecue and comfortable environment, to fill your vacation to the maximum. The space Edvin apartment is located at the entrance to the city of Pula. Apartment is located on the second floor of the house with separate entrance that can be reached from the road through the stairs. Apartment has a view partly on the road and a nearby parking lot and partly looking at the country landscape. Built in 2000, and the apartment was renovated in 2014. In front of the apartment are two parking spaces. The apartment is surrounded by open garden (150 m2 in size). The owner lives in the house (with separate entrance). To collective use available is : terrace, umbrella, deck chairs, garden furniture hollywood-swing, set barbecue grill and pavillon, outdoor swimming pool (3.5 mx 7 m, 1.5 m deep). In the neighborhood there are shopping centers : Lidl, Konzum, Kaufland, Plodine and Bauhaus. Close to apartment are restaurant Kažun and Nature Park Šijana, caffe and restaurant Aruba and Zaobilaznica, near to apartment there are two banks. The beach is 4-5 km or by car about 5min of driving. City center is 2 km away or 15-20min of walk. Near the apartment is the bus stop. Arrangement: 2 rooms (bedroom,living room), 55m2, 4 persons. Air conditioner. Bedroom with a double bed. Living room with sofa bed couch, tv and access to the balcony (3 m2). Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (2 flames), electric cooker (2 plates), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower. Television available by satellite and free internet wi-fi. Guest access Guests can use the swimming pool, deck chairs, garden swing, bbq and covered patio as well as garden, free Internet access.
