Our condo is A114, located on the first floor of the Tower. The first floor is actually up one level- not ground floor. The living room and kitchen are light and airy. There is a 42' flat screen TV in the living room. We have opened up the stairway and installed hardwood on the stairs. You will have your own reserved parking space; no need to search for a good spot to park! Our 3 bedroom unit features a king size bed in the downstairs master, a king size bed in the upstairs master with a balcony that looks right out over the sand, and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Both master bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is also a full bathroom in the upstairs hallway. The only additional fee is the Pinnacle Port Parking fee, which is paid directly to Pinnacle Port. It is approximately $35 per vehicle per stay.
