The space This is a beautifully renovated, one-bedroom apartment in an outstanding location. It is quiet, safe and sunny and steps from Riverside Park, on the Hudson River, which has some of the best biking, dog walking and running trails, as well as beautiful manicured and forested gardens in NY. This is an ELEVATOR building, high-speed wi-fi, Smart TVs in both the living and bedrooms including Sling TV for live tv. It’s also equipped with chargers, umbrellas, wireless printer and much more to make this your home away from home OR remote work space - with separate designated office area. The bedroom is equipped with a fabulous Bear mattress King Bed, super soft linens & extra pillows. The living and bedroom have soundproof windows and bedroom has blackout curtains. The well-organized & cozy galley kitchen has all upgraded appliances and is fully equipped with Nespresso machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge & more. There is a dining table for 4 and is fully outfitted for cooking. The beautiful windowed marble-tiled bathroom has a bath/shower combination with amazing water pressure. All toiletries (see list below for details) are provided, and of course lots of towels. The apartment is located 5 blocks from Central Park and just a 5-minute walk to an express subway station (2 stops from Times Square), minutes from Columbus Circle, Columbia University, Lincoln Center, Natural History Museum and a couple subway stops to Greenwich Village. And just across Central Park (walkable) you'll arrive at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. There are many great markets & restaurants within a 5-block radius plus all the conveniences that NYC has to offer, in an incredibly safe neighborhood.
