My 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1st floor oceanfront condo is fully stocked and ready for guests! It is on a no-drive beach in quiet Ormond-by-the-Sea with beach access directly across the street from the building. Enjoy breakfast on the patio as you watch the sunrise over the ocean. When you come up from the beach, relax by our beautiful pool! The condo sleeps up to 4 (1 queen bed, 2 twins), with SMART TVs in the living room and master bedroom, a DVD player, cable TV, and wireless internet. I completely renovated the unit in 2017, so everything is new and updated, giving it a "modern beachy" feel. The unit has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a glass cooktop, and a full-sized washer and dryer. I have grab bars in the shower and tubs, and beach chairs, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels. 30-day minimum is required. I offer a 10% discount for 60-day rentals. I offer a 20% discount for 90-day rentals. Ask about off-season discounts (May-November).
