To that effect, we provide - Inverter, heater, WiFi - Wardrobe, hangers - Torch, library - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars This is a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 2 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. - Heater, WiFi and attached bathrooms are offered in both rooms. - Both rooms have king-sized beds. BATHROOMS - There are 2 bathrooms in the villa - both attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room is on the ground floor. - It offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people. - It is equipped with a wood burning stove or a bukhari. - The dining room is a part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for 6 people. - There is a 2000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. - It can seat up to 20 people at any given time. KITCHEN - Guests may use the indoor kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. - Guests can access the outdoor kitchen for elaborate cooking at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - All meals can be prepared by the caretaker at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities and swimming pools. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for either one female or one male staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per day, exclusive of meals. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can spend time with their pets and make the most of the sprawling lawn. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Barbecue kit can be availed at an additional cost with food charges as per the menu. - Bonfire can be lit up at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for 2 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support fans and lights for up to 4-5 hours. - All meals can be provided at the property. There aren’t many options in the vicinity. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
