The space The interior consists of a sea-view living room and a fully equipped kitchen featuring dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator, and electric oven. A hallway leads to the four double bedrooms served by three full bathrooms. The patio offers several seating areas where guests can relax while enjoying the sea view, as well as a dining table with chairs and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dinners and enjoying the pleasant Salento breeze. The property is equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and free private parking. Other things to note SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: * Bed linen and towels The first supply is optional and available at an additional cost of €15 per person (one-time fee). If needed, please inform the property before arrival. * Linen change Available upon request at an additional cost of €15 per person. * Tourist tax To be paid at check-in: €1.50 per person per night, from June 1st to September 30th, for guests over 12 years old.
