The space Perfect location to discover the Breton and Normandy coasts. The "Chalet" cottage is a 25 m2 accommodation located on the 1 st floor. Just 10 minutes from Mont Saint Michel and located in the countryside, this accommodation is located on a property with 4 other cottages as well as the owners' home. - Main room furnished with a 140 x 190 bed (bright headboard) with kitchenette, modern bathroom (large shower) and toilet. - Covered terrace and barbecue with garden view. - Private parking for one car under the accommodation. Bed and bath linens are provided. The beds are made on arrival Guest access Check in is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. For a later arrival, please contact us to set an appointment. Check-out at 10:00 a.m. Late check-in and check-out options - €5 per person per additional hour: - Early check-in on request and subject to availability from 12 noon. - Late check-out upon request and subject to availability until 2 p.m. Guests have exclusive access to the accommodation and its terrace with garden furniture and barbecue (charcoal not included) 1 parking space under the cottage (if necessary, consider carpooling). Shared spaces with other guests on the property: - Heated and covered pool (see house rules) - Shaded garden with playground for children – 10 years old - Access to outdoor games on sunny days (Trampoline, puck, molki, ping pong, badminton) - Lending of board games, books and toys. - Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying racks, ironing board and iron Other things to note A security deposit of €200 (including €50 cleaning deposit) in case of damage or non-compliance with the regulations will be required upon arrival, even for short stays. Deposit by credit card, returned no later than 48 hours. Small dog on the property, so pets are not allowed. The property is under video surveillance.
