Pristine Lakefront Home on Sokokis Lake

Come enjoy your vacation in our home on Sokokis Lake. Dog friendly and sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. This is the perfect places for a family getaway. There are three bedrooms- the main floor bedroom has a queen bed, and each of the two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds (one of the upstairs bedrooms also has a twin bed). In between the two upstairs bedrooms, there is a common area that has an additional twin bed, futon, and chair/end table. The bathroom on the main floor has a washer/dryer and shower. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower. Sheets and towels are provided. Additional amenities include: a large deck with gas grill, beautiful full kitchen (with a gorgeous view of the lake), and an open concept dining room/living room with large TV. Air conditioning, internet and cable are all included. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, pots & pans and basic food items. Paper towels and toilet paper will be stocked for your convenience. Outside, enjoy the large deck with grill and deck furniture. There is a gently sloping grassy yard (with firepit) that leads to the lake, where you will find a dock and steps leading into the water. (See included pictures). A rowboat and a paddle boat are available for use (and life jackets). You can also bring your own boat, kayaks, canoes, etc. Please no jet skis. There is a public boat launch just across the way. Bass fishing is also a big draw to Sokokis Lake- bring your rods! Our location in Limerick is just 45 minutes from outlet shopping in North Conway, NH and 45 from Portland, ME. Ocean beaches are between 45-55 minutes away. Limerick offers the small town feel with a few restaurants, a small grocery store, ice cream/donut shop, and pizza all within just a couple of miles.
