This (single family dwelling) home has been professionally decorated, kitchen fully equipped,new stainless steel appliances, living area has two sofas, a love seat and a 50” flat screen TV. Each bedroom has its own TV and bathroom. After your day at the beach, lounge by the private pool and/or enjoy cooking on the grill. There are 3 covered porches for rocking in the rocking chairs or swinging on the porch swing and feeling that ocean breeze on your face. This house comes complete with 1 King, 3 queens, 1 full and 1 twin. This is a pier home with plenty of covered parking underneath for your vehicles, bikes, golf cart, etc. This home is approx. 1 mile North of the Garden City Pier and approx. .3 mile to the beach access / 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach! I have 2 housekeepers come in and clean and disinfect my home before every stay. I have cleaning supplies at the home for your use: hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, antibacterial hand wash.
