Fresh linens and towels are delivered on day of arrival (including beach towels during warmer months). Walk to beach in 7/10 of a mile. Walk to downtown restaurants in 4/10 of a mile. Quiet dead-end street, wooded property. Large yard on 1/2 acre of land with patio and screened porch. Trolley stop at end of street. Propane fire-pit available for use in warmer months, fireplace available for use in months of October - April. A cooler and beach blanket along with a beach umbrella are provided. Propane grill on outside porch. Consumables are not provided, however a minimal amount will likely be available to get you started (i.e., toilet paper, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, and condiments). Peloton bike in the basement (shoes not provided).
