A self contained, simple, light & airy Garden Room with views across the small garden and surrounding area. The room has a separate entrance & is entirely self contained with en suite bathroom ( electric shower, basin WC) Breakfast is NOT provided but there is an alcove for food preparation with kettle, toaster, microwave oven & fridge plus cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs and glasses. Tea and coffee provided. Wi Fi available. Hair dryer Iron & ironing board if requested in advance. The space Hockworthy is a small, quiet and picturesque hamlet in Mid Devon, an excellent base for exploring the Devon and Somerset countryside and coast, or attending events at nearby Huntsham Court. Guests have use of the patio area immediately in front of the Garden Room. Free parking in the private lay-by at the front of the house. The space is not suitable for children due to stone steps and a raised patio which is not fenced/railed. However, a travel cot can be provided for a baby, if requested in advance. Quick and easy access (15 minutes) from M5 junctions 26 and 27 makes this a convenient stop over en route to Cornwall. Tiverton Parkway Station is a 15 minute drive away( taxis available at the station )
