The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, freezer and fridge, etc. Among other amenities, the house offers satellite Tv, Wi-Fi connection, fans in all bedrooms and in the living room, washing machine, dishwasher and heating. The exterior area has a large terrace with a dining table and a rest area with an awning perfect for relaxing, having a drink and enjoying clear views of the private vineyard. Just 10 km away are one of the most beautiful and characteristic ports of Mallorca and its beaches, Porto Colom; and one of the most lively tourist areas, Cala d'Or, with its restaurants and shops. From the farm, you can quickly access many of the beaches in the south of the island such as Cala Sa Nau or Es Trenc.
