Renovated farmhouse in a small hamlet

Welcome to Vernelle! 🤗 You are in the heart of nature, in this farmhouse that we renovated ourselves. We have made it an ideal place to meet with family or friends. The house is rustic, it offers many beds and 2 large living rooms (living room and game room). The garden, terraces and large petanque court are real assets. A few kilometers away: the pretty town of Langeac, the Île d'Amour, the gorges of the Alllier (Chilhac, Lavoûte-Chilhac). The space Practical information: • We do not provide bed linen or towels. Also, here are the different dimensions of the beds: • Bedroom 1: 140 x 190 • Bedroom 2: 160 x 190 • Bedroom 3: 2 beds of 140 x 190 • Bedroom 4: 140 x 190 + sofa bed 140 x 190 • Bedroom 5: 160 x 190 • Dorm: 2 beds of 140 x 190 + 4 single beds of 90 x 190 (all beds are fitted with pillows, duvets, and mattress covers) • The house is equipped with a SMALL dishwasher • The game room is not heated, however we have electric radiators and oil stoves available. • There are two bathrooms, a small one with toilet and shower and a larger one with toilet and bathtub. • The cleaning must be done before your departure! On arrival, you will find a document explaining quite precisely the functioning of the house. Other things to note The owners of the house are 2 brothers, Florent and Rémi. And there are 2 of us managing the rental of the house: Florent will be available by phone for all logistical and operation of the house. Myself (Laure, his wife) who manages communication with tenants through the Airbnb site. We would love to host you! Simple and user-friendly. **the dormitory part (wood cladding) and bedroom 5 (small tower next door) are not connected to the water. So no toilet and bathroom on this side.
