The home features a large kitchen, a balcony on each floor, a modern swimming pool, air conditioning, Wi-fi, a two-car garage, and much more! The space Main Level: The main level of the home has an open concept layout offering a spacious living area and kitchen. Patio doors off of the kitchen and living room provide access to the large main level balcony which has a private swimming pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea, plenty of outdoor seating, and a gas grill. The living area features a comfortable sectional couch for a spot to relax after a day of adventuring, a 70” TV with standard cable and an Amazon Firestick for all of your streaming needs, and a ceiling fan/AC unit. The kitchen is large and bright with ample counter space, modern white cabinetry, granite countertops, all-new luxury stainless steel appliances (dishwasher included), an island with 4 chairs for bar seating, a dining table with 3 chairs, and wine storage! Various small kitchen appliances such as a blender, grill, microwave, pressure cooker, coffee-maker, and toaster are also available for use. The primary bedroom (located off of the living area) offers beautiful views and natural light with access to the balcony via a patio door, a plush king size bed, a large walk-in closet, a ceiling fan/AC unit, and a 55” TV with an Amazon Firestick. It also has a modern ensuite bathroom which includes a gorgeous walk-in shower and double vanity. The half bath and laundry (located off of the living area) are integrated into one room with a Whirlpool washer/dryer in a closet for separation. Upper Level: The upper level offers 2 bedrooms which both have access to the upper-level balcony via patio doors. The upper-level balcony has outdoor seating and offers incredible aerial views – it’s the perfect spot to grab a glass of wine and watch the sunset! Both bedrooms have a plush king size bed,, custom wood built-ins (wardrobes and drawers), a ceiling fan/AC unit, and a 55” TV with an Amazon Firestick. One bedroom offers a dedicated workspace (desk, chair, and printer) overlooking the upper-level balcony. A shared bathroom is located at the end of the hall down from the bedrooms, it includes a stunning walk-in shower and double vanity. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and all of its amenities except for a few closets and storage which will be locked. Other things to note Additional Details: Standard essential items such as bath/beach towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), toilet paper, hand soap, linens (extra pillows and blankets included), iron, hair dryer, cleaning products, laundry detergent, pots/pans, dishware/cutlery, and various kitchen essentials (coffee, salt, oil, pepper, water) will be provided throughout your stay. We follow Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process between each stay to prioritize the health and safety of our guests as well as to reduce the spread of COVID-19. If guests are present at the property for 7 days or longer, our housekeeper will come to clean the home during the middle of your stay. This applies to longer stays as well (if 14 days, housekeeper will come twice and so on). We do have a generator present on the property which is available in the event of power outages longer than 6 hours. COVID-19 Safety and Protocols: Effective June 2, 2021, The Government of Honduras has updated its requirements for entry into the country. Fully vaccinated individuals with their original vaccination certificate are no longer required to provide proof of a negative COVID test upon entry in Honduras. Proof of Full Vaccination: Passengers must provide the original vaccination certificate documenting complete COVID-19 vaccination (two doses of most vaccines; one dose of Johnson & Johnson) with at least 14 days after receipt of the final dose. COVID-19 Test: Passengers who cannot provide proof of full vaccination must hand-carry the negative test results for a PCR, Antigen or ELISA COVID-19 test taken less than 72 hours before entry into Honduras. Passengers must show the test results at check-in. All air passengers 2 years or older with a flight departing to the US from a foreign country at or after 12:01am EST (5:01am GMT) on December 6, 2021, are required to show a negative COVID-19 viral test result taken no more than 1 day before travel, or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 in the past 90 days, before they board their flight. *****If necessary, we can arrange for someone to come to the house to test your party for COVID-19 the day before your travel, in order to ensure there are no issues before your flight the next day.
