Please do not exceed this limit. Primary Renter Age: The primary renter must be 25 years or older. Pets: No pets are allowed on the property. Children: Children of all ages are allowed. The following age groups are welcome: 0-2 years, 3-12 years, and 13-17 years. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Parking: Only 4 vehicles are permitted onsite as per Summit County regulations. Any additional vehicles must park off-site. Fire Pit: The fire pit is unavailable to guests due to liability concerns. Furniture Movement: No furniture can be moved. A $500 charge will be applied for any furniture moved for any reason.
