Les Balcons de l'Hermitage – 75 m² loft facing the vineyards

Come and relax in this large premium loft in the heart of the Crozes-Hermitage vineyards! Ideally located in a quiet environment, it is 5 minutes from the A7 and all amenities. The loft has a veranda with exceptional views of the hills. It is independent with its own entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people. Lucie & Baptiste The space This is a large 55 m² loft with an additional 20 m² veranda overlooking the Crozes-Hermitage vineyards. The loft is located on the ground floor of a contemporary house and is built in 3 spaces: - a kitchen/dining area, - a living area with a very comfortable 140 x 190 sofa bed - and a sleeping area with a 160 x 200 bed. The whole is completed by a bathroom and separate toilet. The accommodation is not equipped with air conditioning, but is semi-underground and therefore remains cool in summer. Guest access You can access the accommodation by car and park easily on site. If necessary, especially in case of late arrival, access can be done independently. The cottage is independent of the rest of the house, you can stay there with peace of mind. We live there. We'd love to welcome you and connect with you.
