It has a large circular driveway easy to get boats around and covered carport if you would like to park your boat or vehicle inside. Also two other houses on this site is great for family reunions or larger get togethers! The space Entire house is yours to use including the carport. Carport will also hold a boat. Guest access Keypad on door, no steps to enter and there is a picnic table, grill, and fire pit in back for use. Other things to note Grill table and chairs fire pit in the back, grill tools on a shelf in the house.
