The amenities The apartment on the 1st floor is perfect for couples or solo travelers: a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 × 200) and a comfortable and well-equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (filter size 4). The living area has a cozy sofa and flat screen TV. The modern bathroom is furnished with a walk in shower, toilet and sink. On the protected balcony you can end your eventful day. The features In the non-smoking apartment, there are four-legged friends (max. Beagle size) welcome. In the garage there is a washing machine and dryer on a coin basis at your disposal. We are happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi. An initial set of sheets and towels is already included in the final price. For bicycles and e-bikes you bring with you, there is a bicycle shed available for storage. Please note that you are responsible for parking your vehicle and that no surveillance or safekeeping service is provided. Therefore, always lock your bikes carefully. Long-term stays are welcome in this space. Please note that for stays of more than 21 nights, interim cleaning and linen change are required every three weeks.
