Rental License: STR25-00028 The space Step into this 1939 stone house full of charm and character. On the main level, you'll find a large living room with a fireplace and 4k smart TV. The couch in the living room pulls out to become a full-sized bed. Accessible from the living room is a covered side porch with comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances, including a Viking gas range and Sub Zero refrigerator. Coffee and tea is provided for guests to enjoy. The larger of the two exterior decks can be accessed through the kitchen. Also on this level are a spacious dining room, a playroom (toys and children's items are available upon request), and a half bathroom. On the second floor, you'll find a bedroom with a full-sized bed, a full bathroom, and an ensuite bedroom with a king bed and newly remodeled attached bathroom. The finished attic is furnished with a queen bed and two twin beds. When weather permits, enjoy a game of corn hole in the large fenced in back yard. There are plenty of places to sit and relax on the side porch and on the two large decks. Guest access Guests have the property to themselves for the duration of their stay. Other things to note Hosts are longtime residents of State College and love to share insights and recommendations about their hometown. Infant/children items can be available upon request (i.e. crib, changing table, highchair, pack n' play, toys, etc.).
