It is very close to the M1 junction 21. The space The lounge and dining room are spacious and homely, with plenty of room for 6 people to dine and sit comfortably. The kitchen is has an oven, hob and a fridge with all crockery and utensils needed for a comfortable stay. It has a large bathroom with a double end bath and a separate walk in shower. Bedroom one has a single bed and a double bed with wardrobe space and a 24" TV. Bedroom 2 Has twin beds with wardrobe space and a 24" TV Bedroom 3 has a single bed with a dress rail storage. Outside there is a side patio where you can sit and chill, it has 6 chairs and a table. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the house but the garage is used for storing items and is really not accessible to guests. Other things to note **Please note** due to increased energy costs the heating has been set to economy and will automatically come on when the house drops below 19 degrees. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer but they are located in the outhouse in the side yard. There is a built in fridge with ice box in the kitchen. There is also a larger fridge and freezer located in the dining area.
