The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, and furnishings, linens will be provided for an optional housekeeping fee. There is a bait & tackle shop, catering for events, or dinners on our screened in porch, and weather permitting BBQs, and boat rides with reservations. The newly built Champlain Bridge is just a short distance from the property. Larrabee's Point is close by for catching the Car Ferry to Ticonderoga, NY.
