The space Welcome to Dezize-lès-Maranges, a charming wine village nestled in the heart of the Maranges🍇, in the south of the Côte de Beaune! Here, you will stay in an old house full of authenticity, completely renovated to offer comfort, tranquility and warmth. Our house has 3 large bedrooms with 160 cm beds🛏️, each with bathroom and toilet (2 bedrooms are adjoining, 2 are in a row — perfect for families or close groups). The living room is spacious, warm, with a fireplace stove, sofas and a friendly dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped 👨‍🍳 to prepare your meals as if you were at home. 🌞 You can also enjoy a pleasant terrace for your breakfasts in the sun or your aperitifs after a day of walking in the vineyards. 📍 Located in a quiet area, our house is the perfect base for discovering the vineyards of Côte Chalonnaise and Côte de Beaune, visiting Santenay, Nolay, Beaune or hiking on the marked trails nearby. We will be happy to share with you our good local addresses: cellars, restaurants, markets... Wi-Fi, comfort, authenticity and nature are available for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay in Burgundy 🍷✨ Guest access Guests have access to the entire house: the 3 bedrooms, the living room with sitting area, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, as well as the outdoor terrace🌿. You will occupy the entire house, completely independently, for a private stay. 🅿️ Parking is easy and free on the side of the house or in the immediate vicinity. 🚗 A car is recommended to discover the region and the surrounding villages. Other things to note Check-in: any 5pm anytime. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. Check-out: before 11 a.m., in order to prepare the house for the next guests. Parking: free and easy close to the house. Pets: unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Smoking: the house is non-smoking. Please only smoke outside on the terrace Wi-Fi: high-speed internet access included. Baby equipment: on request, we can provide a crib and high chair. Respect for the neighborhood: please keep it quiet, especially in the evening. Local help: we are available to advise you on walks, visits and restaurants.
