The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a private patio, and separate full bath and wall mounted LED flat screen TV. Living room offers a writing and computer friendly desk for business travelers, as well as extra sleeping by way of a Carlyle convertible extra long queen custom sofa as well as an oversized custom convertible twin love seat. Carbon monoxide detector is not a legal requirement and has not been installed in the condo. Guest access Guests have full use of the condo as well as swimming privileges to the pool and jacuzzi.
