Te Awa Cottages is only a 2 minute drive from Franz Josef township, situated just off State Highway 6 on our private property, a short walk from the Tatare River, and surrounded by stunning views of the snow covered Main Divide and Melchior Glacier, and our handful of sheep and cattle. Free wifi, air conditioner & heat pump and plenty of parking space right outside your cottage. The space Spacious open plan kitchen and lounge area with air conditioner/heater. Kitchen includes: * Electric Fry Pan * Microwave * Mini fridge * Kettle * Toaster * Coffee, tea & sugar * Glassware and crockery * (Please note: THERE IS NO OVEN OR STOVE TOP) Large bedroom with a king size bed and electric blankets, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a generous size shower. Huge undercover outside deck area to enjoy the views. Other things to note WIFI connection is moderate - strong due to living in a rural area. We have young children, one very excitable young dog and two very friendly cats. Please drive slowly when entering the property to the cottages.
