Your Private Resort includes a Private Pool, 2 Hot Tubs, Pool Table, Bocce Court, Bean Bag Toss & Darts. The home sits on 3+ acres in a rural setting yet only 2 miles to the city center, grocery stores, entertainment and shopping. The living area is open & spacious incorporating the kitchen, living/dining areas in an open floor plan, so spacious so you will never feel crowded. Everyone can join in the fun, whether preparing a meal or snacks in the kitchen, playing billiards, relaxing in one of the hot tubs or swimming. We are a NO Smoking, NO Pet (including no service animals) hosted vacation home. The Lodge & Casita will accommodate 10 in beds, the total number of guests may not exceed 14 guests, kids are always welcome. Crib & high chair are provided for little ones at no additional charge. Have a smaller group - ask about a rebate on the Casita if you don't need all the space. Any time of year you can enjoy activities ranging from cycling, hiking, kayaking, surfing, golfing, fishing, & of course swimming, hot tubbing or just relaxing. Sightseeing or wineries at the top of your list? The historical Hearst Castle is about an hour's drive north, there are 2 of California's missions to tour & our region is at the top of the list for world-renowned wineries, so many it will take you more than one trip to visit them all. On a clear night, the stars - not city lights - light up the sky & we are so close to the beaches you can choose from more than a dozen & be at most within half hour. Car shows are on the top of your list - there is at least one a month in the area. There is covered parking & an abundance of space - so there is no need to worry about your vehicle - there is enough parking for all and no fees. Summer evenings are warmer than the beach or southern locations yet we are cooler than the northern sister city of Paso Robles. For the little ones there is the Paso Robles Fire House Museum; the Atascadero Zoo, paddle boats at Atascadero Lake & Mr. Putt-Putt's miniature golf. And of course wine tasting for adults. After a fun-filled day, you can come back - enjoy a glass of wine in the hot tub or take a dip in the pool. This vacation home truly has it all.
