The Home is set on a private block with views through trees to the Bay, beach access is available from across the road & the local Store is only a short stroll away! Wake up to a stunning sunrise or relax on the deck and soak in the ambience of this special little place! The space Our Holiday Home is well set up for all seasons. In the warmer months enjoy lounging on the large undercover deck which boasts views through the trees to Adventure Bay. Take a stroll, collect shells & enjoy a swim at the stunning beach which is located directly across the road from the property. In the cooler months sit by the fire pot with cosy blankets, a local platter, some wine & take in the ambience this beautiful location has to offer. This modern home has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people. Bedroom 1 (Queen bed) with small walk in robe and bedroom 2 (Double bed). Both beds are flanked in french flax linen & hotel quality quilts/pillows ensuring you will have the most comfortable of sleeps. The small modern bathroom boasts luxurious locally made Tasmanian products by “Millie Organics” along with super soft towels will have you feeling pampered, refreshed & ready for the day ahead. The modern kitchen boasts all of the amenities like fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, nespresso pod machine, microwave, freestanding stove & cooktop to ensure you can comfortably prepare meals. We provide a few local treats for you to enjoy during your stay including Tasmanian raspberry jam, Ashgrove butter, Devine Addictions granola, Huon Valley apple juice & beautiful array of local Tasmanian teas from Storm & India! We also provide a simple pantry for your convenience such as Tasmanian olive oil, salt, pepper, spices, sugar, spreads & sauces. For larger items we suggest you stock up at a supermarket in Hobart before heading over to the Island. If you do need any provisions during your stay Adventure Bay Store is very well stocked & located within walking distance from the Holiday Home. We hope you take the time to appreciate all that Bruny Island has to offer. Highlights being the stunning scenery, local walks, sites, wilderness cruises & local produce. Guest access You will have exclusive use of our Holiday Home as well as the fully fenced front yard area including an undercover deck. Off street parking is available for multiple vehicles & even room for a boat if you wish! Access to the property is through an unlocked front driveway gate, while access to the home is gained by entering a code in the lock box which is located beside the front sliding door. Key code for the lock box will be supplied upon booking confirmation. Other things to note *** If you are travelling with infants & require a travel cot & or highchair please request these in advance. We will happily place these items inside the home ready for your arrival. Quality cot linen will also be provided for your convenience. *** Please book for the correct amount of people that will be occupying the property. If extra guests stay that are not included in your original booking there will be a surcharge per extra guest and this will charged after you depart.
