Even in the cooler winter season, the space feels bright and inviting - a cozy home base between adventures. The condo is thoughtfully laid out for families and small groups who value convenience and comfort. The open living and dining area is filled with natural light and playful details, creating a relaxed spot to unwind, stream a favorite show on the Roku TV, or gather around the dining table for meals and games. Central heating and air conditioning keep the space comfortable year-round, whether you’re coming in from a crisp evening walk or heading out early for rope drop. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for everyday cooking, making it easy to prepare breakfasts before the parks or simple dinners at home. With a full kitchen and dedicated dining area, you have the flexibility to dine in whenever it suits your plans. Sleeping arrangements The condo sleeps up to 7 guests across 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, with accommodations that work especially well for families. Bedrooms are set up with comfortable bedding, extra pillows, and storage for your stay. A crib is always available, along with a Pack ’n Play and high chair, making travel with little ones easier and more comfortable. Outdoor living and shared spaces Step outside to your private patio or balcony, furnished for relaxed moments in the fresh air. The BBQ grill is available for easy meals, even during mild winter days. Within the community, you’ll also have access to a shared pool and shared hot tub, as well as an outdoor playground with play structures for children - a welcome break from park crowds. Location and access Set directly across the street from the Disney Resort, the condo offers one of Anaheim’s most convenient locations. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Mickey and Friends free tram and roughly 15 minutes on foot to Downtown Disney. The Anaheim Convention Center, Angel Stadium, and nearby shopping and dining options are all just minutes away. A private entrance, self check-in with a smart lock, and free parking on premises add to the ease of your stay. With its thoughtful amenities, playful atmosphere, and unbeatable proximity to the parks, it balances busy days out with calm, cozy evenings in. Maximum occupancy: 7 guests (including infants), 4 adults max. Minimum stay: 3 nights. Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 2 vehicles MAX. 1 private single detached garage (will fit a minivan) and 1 assigned parking space ONLY. No outside parking available within the HOA. Passenger Vans, RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay clean. Max occupancy is 7 guests total including infants (4 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay. All reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit. The STR Rules deposit is fully refundable for reservations that follow all rules and regulations.
