In early spring, Anaheim’s mild air makes it easy to move between indoor comfort and a breath of fresh evening breeze. Living & dining The open living and dining area offers space to gather, stream a favorite show on the TV with Roku, or share an easy meal at the dining table. Central air conditioning and heating keep the temperature just right, whether mornings feel crisp or afternoons warm up. With Wifi throughout and a free washer - in unit and free dryer - in unit, longer stays feel simple and unhurried. Kitchen The kitchen gives you the flexibility to keep your routine - prepare breakfast before heading out or wind down with a home-cooked dinner at night. With full cooking space and a dishwasher for easy cleanup, you can balance busy park days with relaxed meals at home. Sleeping arrangements Designed to sleep up to 7 guests, the condo includes 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2.5 baths, with a maximum of 4 adults. Bed linens and extra pillows and blankets are provided to help everyone settle in comfortably. For families traveling with little ones, a crib - always at the listing, a Pack ’n play/Travel crib, and a high chair are ready when you arrive, making it easier to maintain familiar routines even while away. Bathroom & essentials Bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials, and hot water is readily available after long days exploring. An iron and hangers add practical touches for extended visits. Outdoor living & shared amenities Step outside to the private patio or balcony, furnished for a quiet coffee or an evening pause. The BBQ grill makes it easy to cook outdoors, while the pool and shared hot tub offer a chance to unwind at your own pace. An outdoor playground with play structures for children gives younger guests space to move and play. Access & location A private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock allow for a smooth arrival. Free parking on premises removes the stress of finding a spot near the parks. Located directly across the street from the Disney Resort, you are about a 10-minute walk to the Mickey and Friends free tram and roughly 15 minutes to Downtown Disney, with the Anaheim Convention Center, Angel Stadium, dining, and shopping also within convenient reach. Perfect for families seeking a practical home base near the parks, with space to gather, recharge, and return to the magic each day. Maximum occupancy: 7 guests (including infants), 4 adults max. Minimum stay: 3 nights. Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 2 vehicles MAX. 1 private single detached garage (will fit a minivan) and 1 assigned parking space ONLY. No outside parking available within the HOA. Passenger Vans, RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay clean. Max occupancy is 7 guests total including infants (4 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay. All reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit. The STR Rules deposit is fully refundable for reservations that follow all rules and regulations.
