Hargate Hall is on the edge of the quiet village of Wormhill located between Buxton, Tideswell and Bakewell. It's a great base from which to explore this stunning part of the Peak District. The building has been divided into 12 self catering apartments. Sandringham apartment is on the ground floor and has a good sized living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The space The Castleton apartment offers: - 1st floor living room, with the 2 bedrooms and a bathroom . - 2 individual bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed and and a raised mezzanine with 2 mattresses on it (aimed at teenagers). Bedroom 2 has a king sized 4 poster bed. Bedroom 2 is in the tower up an additional set of narrow stairs. - Bathroom room with bath with a shower over it, washbasin and WC. - Bedroom 1 can take a cot. - A spacious living area with ample soft seating for 6 guests, and dining table. - Fully fitted kitchen area. The kitchen has all the usual cooking appliances you would expect, including electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. It also has plenty of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. - There is plenty of space for parking. - There are 7 acres of grounds which gives a mix of terraced area with picnic tables, lawns, woodland, and natural grassland to encourage wildlife. Guest access You will have exclusive use of your apartment which is self contained, and access to the communal areas of the rest of the building. There are 7 acres of grounds which you can also explore. Other things to note Wifi – we provide free wifi however as the Peak District is in a beautiful rural location sometimes there can be intermittent wifi signal that is beyond our control. Mobile phone signal is generally good in the area. This apartment has a £1 coin operated electricity meter. You will need to keep an eye on it but typically you will not need to put more than £1 in it during your stay.
