We fell in love with this townhome located just 10 minutes away from Arches National Park and 25 minutes from Canyonlands. Enjoy the sunset from our patio with views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab Rim. Relax after a day of exploration in our comfortable townhome. With a fully equipped kitchen, 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms/2 baths, WIFI, Cable, enjoy all the comforts of our home. Rim Village's community pool & hot tub area with changing rooms are a wonderful amenity! The space This is one level living at its best! You have a private entrance from the patio. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen including a 12-cup automatic drip coffee maker and filters, blender and crock pot. The breakfast bar provides casual seating and there is seating for eight at the dining area table. A Weber grill is on the patio - eat inside or out! The townhome has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The main bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom with queen bed & twin bed and third bedroom with a queen bed, share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have HD TV’s. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion are stocked in the bathrooms. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are complimentary. A washer and dryer are ready for your use. Detergent, iron & tabletop ironing board are provided. For young visitors, we have a Pack 'n Play and highchair. Park your vehicles and store equipment and gear in the 2 car garage. There is also ample parking in the driveway. Trailers and large rigs can park on nearby on Cold Springs Drive, Meador Drive and Gemini Bridges Lane. The Rim Village Community pool (open seasonally) and hot tub (open year-round) are about a two-minute walk from the townhome. Guest access The entire townhome and patio are available for your use. Entry is keyless through the front door keypad. Two garage door openers are on the kitchen counter. The Rim Village Community pool is open seasonally as it is not heated. The community hot tub is open year round. Remember to memorize the gate code before you head to the pool and hot tub! We don't receive mail at the townhome. Other things to note We don't receive mail here. Infrastructure is being built out in the new subdivision north of our property, but has stalled within the last year.
