Stopover in Nemours

Charming bright and peaceful studio. The space Discover tranquility in Nemours-Centre Ideally located near the A6 motorway, the train to Paris (1 hour away) and free parking. Close to shops, restaurants, cultural sites and the lively Saturday market. The accommodation is located on the 1st and top floor of a small building in front of the Loing and Champ-de-Mars. This is a fully equipped 32m2 studio. A market takes place every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on part of the Champ-de-Mars, fishmonger, butcher, butcher, baker, patissier, en primeur, etc. The entrance to the A6 (highway of the sun) is a 3-minute drive away. The train station is a 3-minute drive and a 10-minute walk and connects Nemours to Paris (Gare de Lyon) in 1 hour. Nemours is located just 15 minutes from Fontainebleau Castle and its forest, offering the possibility of a multitude of activities: - Rock climbing - Mountain biking (You will be very close to the famous Scandiberic) - Skyline - Canoe Kayak - Hiking - Tour of the Chateau and its gardens - Museums -Theater etc. If you need a recommendation for a restaurant, shop or activities, please do not hesitate to let us know. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: this is a studio. Possible to accommodate 3 people thanks to a sofa bed that is an extra bed. More recommended for families with children. As this studio is under the roofs, you will notice that dust settles there very quickly (despite a thorough cleaning done by professionals at each exit). ⚠️ In summer, it can be very hot in the accommodation (under the roofs) but there are 4 fans available (it cools down very well).
