Stopover in Nemours

Charming bright and peaceful studio. The space Discover tranquility in Nemours-Center Ideally located near the A6 motorway, the train to Paris (1 hour away) and free parking. Close to shops, restaurants, cultural sites and the lively Saturday market. The accommodation is located on the 1st and top floor of a small building opposite the Loing and the Champ-de-Mars. It is a fully equipped 32 m2 studio. A market is held every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on part of the Champ-de-Mars, fishmonger, butcher, delicatessen, baker, pastry chef, greengrocer, etc. The entrance to the A6 (Autoroute du Soleil) is a 3-minute drive away. The train station is a 3-minute drive and 10-minute walk away and connects Nemours to Paris (Gare de Lyon) in 1 hour. Nemours is located just 15 minutes from the Château de Fontainebleau and its forest, offering the possibility of a multitude of activities: - Rock climbing - Mountain biking (You will be very close to the famous Scandibérique) - Tree climbing - Canoeing/kayaking - Hiking - Visit to the Château and its gardens - Museums - Theater etc. If you need a recommendation for a restaurant, business or activities, please let us know. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This is a studio. Possible to accommodate 3 people thanks to a sofa bed which is an extra bed. Not recommended for families with children. As this studio is under the rooftops, you will find that dust settles there very quickly (despite a thorough cleaning done by professionals after each stay). ⚠️ In summer, it can be very hot in the accommodation (under the roofs) but there are 4 fans available (it cools very well).
