Cozy private room in Kempen/Düsseldorf trade fair

I offer 1 small room (1 person), non-smokers only please! Single bed 1.20 m wide, in a quiet detached house in Niederrhein. Düsseldorf and the trade fair are nearby. You have free Wi-Fi. It is located on the ground floor (accessible), with a view of the garden. Opposite is the guest toilet/sink. The shower is on the upper floor (not barrier-free). I also offer a second room upstairs, it can be booked separately. The kitchen cannot be used during the pandemic/cleaning requirements. The space In summer, the large garden with 1 terrace behind the house is available. The single bed 120 cm wide x 2 m long is comfortable, equipped with a new mattress. In the hot summer months, it is my coolest room. Guest toilet/sink is directly across from the guest room and shower for shared use on the upper floor. (Not barrier-free), it can be reached via a comfortable wooden staircase. TV via satellite in the room. You can store your bike in the garage. A booking with me is especially ideal for drivers who are on the A40 in 5 minutes. There is usually enough parking in front of the house. Nevertheless, it is very quiet here, cul-de-sac. Notes! Linens and towels are made of cotton and are washed at 60°C without fabric softener, towels currently at 75°C, dried in the dryer and folded. Pillows and duvets are synthetic and are washed at 60°C after each guest. Hand and shower towels are available as needed, bed linen is changed after 8 days for long-term guests. I do not use microfiber covers. Security deposit of €250 in CASH at check-in, which will be refunded upon proper departure from the property and return of the keys at check-out. For check-in, you will need your government-issued ID for the legally required registration certificate. Guest access Attention! Please observe the legal regulations regarding coronavirus lockdowns, or various changes in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. A bicycle may be parked in the garage at no extra charge. Further wishes are welcome by arrangement, if it is possible. Garden, rear terrace are at your disposal. Kitchen (by appointment and not during the pandemic, sorry. The cleaning regulations here prevent this). A coffee maker is available on request. Dining room and bathroom/extra toilet for shared use. During your stay You should feel at home here. Other things to note A highlight here in Kempen are the St. Martin's processions in November, followed by fireworks from the castle. This is worth seeing here! I am happy to welcome you as guests. Not suitable for those allergic to animal hair, a cat lives in the house. My house and garden are not suitable for toddlers. (open stairs and pond!)
