Sans Pareil vacation cottage The space If you open the front door, you enter a cozy hallway. Through a glass door you can already look into the living room and already have an overwhelming view from here through the large panoramic window to Bayreuth and Franconian Switzerland. The very cozy living room has a cozy sitting area, a rustic dining area, desk and fireplace, a new LCD TV, radio, two telephones, CD player and Internet connection (incl. Wi-Fi) are available and serve well for entertainment, even if it rains. The TV, CD player and seating furniture are brand new. Through a large wooden sliding door you enter the bedroom from the living room with a double bed of 1.40 meters width. By opening this sliding door, you can transform the two separate rooms into a large living-bedroom. The small, romantic bathroom with toilet, sink and bathtub with shower is very inviting. Next to the bedroom and the bathroom is a smaller room with a large wardrobe and another bed (1.00 m x 2.00 m). The pretty kitchen with blue painted wooden cabinets is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator (but without a freezer), microwave and cookware, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. There is no oven. From both the kitchen and the living room you enter the covered terrace with a very nice seating area and electric light. For cooler evenings, there is also a radiant heater. On the property itself there is also a very nice children's playground with seesaw, swing, slide and playhouse. A parking space for guests was also thought of. In winter you can keep the cottage cozy and warm with gas heaters. In addition, there is a fireplace in the living room. Wood is available and of course included in the price. In heavy snowfall, however, access to the house is not guaranteed. The wonderful view and the snow-enchanted garden compensate for everything. Very idyllic and quietly located on the edge of the Fichtel Mountains, this approx. 65 m² cottage is located 8 km from the festival city of Bayreuth, surrounded by 10,000 m² of fenced land.
