Nice rural house with views of the Navia estuary

An old liquor factory from the beginning of the last century renovated to enjoy a nice and comfortable house with a fireplace and spectacular views of the Navia estuary, in two independent but connected spaces, making it ideal for two families. From here you can explore the West of Asturias, its best beaches, wonderful landscapes of lush forests, beautiful waterfalls and incredible mountain trails that you will discover going up the Navia River Basin. Wifi and Smart TV. The space The Casa Ría de Navia is a rustic building, the result of the refurbishment and transformation of an old liquor factory from the beginning of the last century. It is characterised by the balanced presence of stone and wood, in which the rustic touch is harmoniously combined with the modern, in a very practical and cosy way. The house has accommodation for 8 people. It is made up of two independent properties, both with their respective entrances, but interconnected, although maintaining their autonomy, as each one has its own kitchen and bathroom, thus offering a unique accommodation, made up of two different environments that share a common space, which makes it ideal for two families or groups of friends. The larger house has two floors. On the ground floor, and in the same open-plan space, are the kitchen, with an island, the dining room, and the living room, with Smart TV and fireplace. There is also the access to the small house. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, with views of the estuary, and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, and the other has a large double bed. The smaller house, also overlooking the estuary, contains two double beds, one of them in an original mezzanine, which makes it especially attractive for young people; a TV, a kitchenette and a full bathroom. In the entrance hall there is a pantry with washing machine and dryer, and a toilet. It has a terrace overlooking the estuary with barbecue and garden furniture. Free Wifi.
