The space Ground Floor On the ground floor there is a well-decorated spacious living room leading into the veranda where you can enjoy lounge chairs and bench. There is a bathroom and well-designed open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge/ freezer and everything else necessary for dining in. The living room is equipped with a FULL HD TV with the satellite receiver offering many international and local channels. In addition, there is a ground heating system, which enables our guests to enjoy the warm atmosphere in the winter season. First Floor There are two bedrooms, one is with double bed (160x200) and the other has a daybed which can be convertible to a double comfortable bed. Both rooms have plenty of wardrobe space. In this level there is also a large bathroom with a bath tub. Second floor The second floor has a spacious bed/living room with a convertible double sofa which makes our villa convenient for large groups. Suitable for children of all ages. Outdoor Activities: The area offers many outdoor activities such as fishing, sailing, biking, horse riding, golf, go-kart, watersports, beachsports and waterpark. VILLA ESMA is only 20 minutes away from HIP-NOTICS Cable Ski Park where you can make the most of a wide range of watersports. The Park, the lakes of which cover approximately 90,000 square meters of the property’s total land area of about 200,000 square meters, is an internationally known wakeboard destination with year round operation. It offers wake boarding, wake skating, mono skiing, water skiing, kneeboarding, disk skiing and jump skiing, for riders of all levels! Access: Bus stop is closely located. Guest access There is a well designed open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge/ freezer and everything else necessary for dining in. The living room is equipped with a FULL HD TV with satellite receiver offering many universal and local channels. In addition, there is a ground heating system designed for the whole villa. Wireless Internet connection is available throughout the entire place. Guests have access to a 40sqm shared pool and a 10sqm kids pool. Other things to note For environmental and economic reasons, effective electricity consumption and green energy usage is advised. We limit the daily electricity allowance to 7kwH. Any consumption above will be charged at 0,2€/kwh The house water heating system is provided by solar panels on the roof, garden is lightened by solar lamps, isolation materials are used in all house. Bogazkent Halk Beach is a free price beach operated by municipality. The beach is all free of usage for kilometres long. You can also access to cafe and restaurants, local markets and drinks on the beaches. There are many trees, flowers, plants in the garden. A gardener waters the garden in every 2 days, especially when it is not winter time. If you prefer to water the garden, flowers yourself, gardener will not come to garden to water the flowers, plants... Local bazaar for fresh fruits and vegetables are sold near Migros market, which is also opposite of Carrefour market. This bazaar is active only on every Wednesday between 08.00-18.00. It is advised to go early enough to find the better and more various products. Access to a shared pool: The pool is shared with 6 other units and is 1 minutes away from the villa.
