The Guest House Motel is nestled in Circleville, Ohio Historic District. We're within walking distance to shopping & restaurants. The train tracks are 2 streets over. We're also a 15 minute drive to Ohio Christian University. Each room at this hotel is equipped with a full sized bed, Roku T.V., microwave, mini fridge & A/C (HVAC unit is located in a central location) contact us via Airbnb if having issues with temp control. Ironing boards are available upon request. The space The Guest House Motel is split into 8 private rooms with a keypad entry. We are nestled in Circleville, Ohio Historic District. Newly renovated in 2017 including free WIFI, tiled showers, private parking for guests, and all the accommodations needed for a nice stay at an affordable nightly rate. You will be within walking distance of downtown & all the shops & restaurants. We are only two streets away from the train tracks (if you are a light sleeper, please plan accordingly). We have central air HVAC unit & it's controlled in a central space (if you are uncomfortable in the room, please let us know & we can adjust the temp). The room will include a Roku TV, full sized bed, entertainment center with 3 pull out drawers for your clothes or belongings, microwave, mini fridge, swivel chair, desk & chair. We also have coffee makers & iron boards available, upon request. Columbus is 25 miles from The Guest House, Grove City is 21 miles away, and Chillicothe is 15 miles away. The nearest airport is Port Columbus International Airport, 27 miles from The Guest House.
