With 3 BR/1.5 BA and 1,600+ SF, our home is all you need in a safe quiet neighborhood in the North Monroe area! It is the perfect alternative to hotel life with the comfort and feel of home. Inside you will find a kitchen with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave & Keurig coffee maker. washer & dryer are available in utility/mud room. We are close to many restaurants, hospitals & clinics and ULM campus. Our home has separate living room, dining room, den/great room, screened patio and large fenced back yard. WiFi is available throughout for streaming your service w/flat screen in master BR and 55" HDTV in great room for your enjoyment. Other things to note *Pets are allowed only on a select and preapproved basis including a non-refundable pet fee ($150 per pet per month - max 2 animals). **Number of vehicles for parking in single driveway/carport are 2. Will have to be parked one behind the other. **maximum vehicles should not exceed 3 and needs to be pre-approved***. 3rd vehicle will have to park on street in front of house .
