Fully equipped for both short and extended stays, it’s ideal for medical students, residents, and long-term guests. With everything you need for a weekend getaway or month-long stay, you'll feel at home in this comfortable and convenient space. We offer three individual units, each with its own full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room—perfect for both short and extended stays. Whether you're visiting for a weekend or staying for several months, we’ve designed the space to be both functional and comfortable. - Fully stocked kitchens with everything you need to cook meals during your stay. - Private living spaces with a bedroom and living room for relaxation and work. - Washer and dryer available in the shared foyer for added convenience. - Pets are welcome—bring your furry friends along! We ask that you clean up after them to ensure everyone enjoys the space. **There is road construction and no parking is currently available in front of the unit until the end of April, we have discounted these dates to accommodate. Street parking is likely available within a block** Ideal for medical students, residents, or anyone needing a longer-term stay, we offer a quiet and cozy environment to make you feel right at home. We also provide high-speed internet and dedicated workspaces for those who need to focus during their stay. While our house doesn’t have central air yet, each unit is equipped with multiple window AC units to keep you cool during warmer months. This house has lots of character—as with many historic homes, it has some quirks, but that’s part of its charm! We’re here to help and can respond promptly if any issues arise. We’ve worked hard to create a space that balances comfort and the unique charm of a historic property. Parking: On-street parking is available on Oakley or surrounding streets. Guest access This is a private suite that has a private living room, bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. The only space that is shared is the main entrance and foyer with washer and dryer. No other tenants have access to your suite.
