Our restored classic, completely private Palmer+Kriesel Alexander Mid Century single family home sits on 11000 square foot cul-de-sac and was featured in the New York Times 'Home' section entitled 'Desert Cool'. Inside, you'll find classic modern treatments such as Eames® tables and chairs, Case Study® beds in both bedrooms, new Leesa mattresses, leather couches, Barcelona® Chair, Nelson® lamps, mixed with completely renovated bathrooms and kitchen, featuring Kitchen Aid appliances and All-Clad pots and pans. High vaulted ceilings and refinished flat cement flooring throughout with Angela Adams throw rugs and FLOR tiles. *New for 2026: The pinnacle of hydrotherapy performance, our brand new Jacuzzi hot tub features three layers of deep relief: exclusive RX hydromassage jets, Red Light, and Near-Infrared therapy. With six height-adjustable seats for a custom, comfortable fit, this jacuzzi model is the first brand to bring Near-Infrared and Red Light therapies to hot tubs, a research-backed technology designed to reach beneath the skin’s surface, easing soreness and improving range of motion while leaving you feeling deeply refreshed and help you reach a calm, mindful state. The Living Room has a Hi-Definition TV featuring DirectTV, AppleTv, with a SONOS sound system. The master bedroom also features a wood burning Malm fireplace. Wall-to-wall sliding glass doors open to a kidney shaped pool, surrounded by palm trees. There's even a private outdoor lounging/eating covered patio, framed by frosted resin panels. 2 separate in-ground gas fire pits, one by the pool and living area, and the other by the hot tub, provide some privacy even when together on the property. Pool loungers include pieces from the iconic 1966 Richard Schultz Collection as well as from Design Within Reach. Our Coyote S-Series 30-Inch 3-Burner Natural Gas Grill With RapidSear Infrared Burner & Rotisserie compliments a separate GOZNEY "Dome" pizza oven. 3 private bedrooms - 1 king, 1 queen, 1 futon, 1 and 1/2 bath, aprox 1300 square feet, with surrounding large, fully enclosed yard. Pets welcome with approval. Swimming pool, hot tub, and in-ground fire pits outside, all private to you. The house is about a 4-5 minute drive from the center of downtown Palm Springs shops, bars, and restaurants, and about a 15-minute drive from the airport. Please note Pool heating is optional, and extra charge based on the season, and will be charged to a credit card. No more then (4) persons allowed at any one time, day or night, and no parties are permitted. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, yard, pool, fire pits hot tub, everything. Completely private to you and securely enclosed. Other things to note We are very, very strict with the 4 (four) total guest count at all times including visitors.
