SetteSanti Vintage House in Florence welcomes you to Florence! The apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator (+ half flight of stairs on foot) of a beautiful building in Via dei SetteSanti. The house consists of a bright living area with large windows and skylights, kitchenette, living room with sitting area or small single bedroom, panoramic terrace over Florence from which you can also delight in the view of the Duomo; bedroom and bathroom with tub and shower. Strategic position! SetteSanti Vintage House in Florence is pleased to welcome you with a welcome gift. The house is composed of: ENTRANCE: in the entrance you will find our notice board with useful telephone numbers, house rules, Wi-Fi passwords and any communications. KITCHEN CORNER: supplied by refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishes and kitchen textiles, electric kettle, traditional coffee maker, pots and pans, glasses and cups. LIVING ROOM: illuminated by 3 large skylights, two large sliding windows allow access to the habitable terrace furnished with table and chairs to admire the splendid view of Florence and a glimpse of the Cathedral. The dining area includes a table with 4 folding chairs, air conditioning, television and DVD player. You can take advantage of our library to relax in the sitting room enjoying a glass of good Tuscan wine or sit on the armchair to contemplate the starry night. Hallway: small corridor that connects the living area to the sleeping area, two built-in wardrobes. BEDROOM: large bedroom with double bed, a piece of furniture that can be converted into a single bed, bedside table and small wardrobe. BATHROOM: a perfect 1970s style toilet equipped with sink, bidet, shower cubicle, bathtub, hairdryer. BEDS: 1 double bed in the master bedroom, 1 folding single bed in the master bedroom, 1 single bed placed in the sitting area of the living area. We provide a face towel and a shower towel.
