Our central air-conditioned home is located in a safe, family-friendly community within a 5-30 min. drive to attractions in Colorado Springs. Enjoy the beautiful, open layout, kitchen, indoor swing and movie collection. Outside, view Pike's Peak, relax in a hammock, grill or sip coffee on the porch. Enjoy 65 miles of trails and multiple parks each with unique equipment in our neighborhood. The space Our home is a perfect getaway spot for families that want to explore everything that Colorado has to offer. Bedrooms are as pictured, but there is room for twin air mattresses or a pack and play (please let us know if you need them). Please feel welcome to read magazines or books, watch movies from our collection and play family games. Your children are also welcome to play with the kitchen, dollhouse and other toys. Cook and use our kitchen as if it were your own. We are happy to have you in our home and thank you in advance for respecting our personal items as you come across them. We will be living in the basement, but we enter through the garage and will not interrupt your privacy. The basement is a completely separate space with a locked door in between the house and the basement with soundproof insulation. We do use the backyard, but not when you are home and will leave if you come home. Guest access Key-code access is provided for front door entry. The entire first and second floors, the front porch and the backyard are available to guests. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac, so it is safe for your children to play outside. Also, enjoy walking over 65 miles of trails and playing in the parks. The pool will be not be available to our guests during the 2021 summer. Other things to note - Check in Time is 4 p.m. Check out is 10:00 a.m. - Pets and smoking are 100% prohibited. If the housekeepers report evidence of pets or smoking/vaping/pot use, we will require an additional $750 cleaning fee. - Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m. We want our neighbors to enjoy having you visit! - Please do not allow outsiders to enter the house during your stay, unless previously agreed upon at booking. - While linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. - The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
