Nestled on 6 private acres the house is perched upon a hill providing perfect seclusion despite being an easy walk into Jeffersonville and a quick ride into Callicoon, Livingston Manor, Roscoe, Narrowsburg, Bethel and Catskill Park. The space The main living space features a large comfortable living room with a wood burning stove, record player with loads of vinyl to choose from and lots of sunlight. Meander through a well-appointed kitchen and dining room with a large table for 8. The first bedroom has a King Bed with a rain shower bathroom ensuite. The next two bedrooms have a king bed and one room with a queen. There is a shared bathroom along that hallway, which has a walk-in shower and soaking tub. There is an oversized fireplace for cold winter nights and an oversized deck for those hot summer days. You'll also hear the sounds of running water from Callicoon Creek any time of the year. One of our favorite features of the house is the Movie Room. Its Equipped with a 75inch 4k TV and Dolby Surround Sound makes late night movies in the woods extra fun. Guest access Whole house
